Good question, Bob. I certainly wish there was a simple answer to that, but there isn't. This part of checking out the babes is more luck than skill. But since I'm the expert, I'll answer as best I can.

From what I have seen and heard, some babes won't wear panties under an expensive dress, or one that is very tight or showing a ton of skin. They don't want panty lines or to have panty showing easily. When this happens, it is usually in a fancy club or an expensive restaurant. Those circumstances often make it tough to get a good angle when she sits down, and many times the lighting isn't sufficient to get a clear view. Even in my experience, I can think of a couple of times when I couldn't tell if she actually had skimpy dark colorerd panties on, if there wasn't enough light, or if she had naturally dark hair, if you get my drift. Every once in a while, babes will go without underwear to be sexy for the guy they are with as if it is their little secret.

My personal best "luck" with this has been when they wear short shorts or loose fitting shorts with nothing underneath. Every time I have seen "up" and no panties has been in a hot weather situation. A couple of times they have been standing on steps and I have been able to be below and get a clear view looking right up there. I have also seen a couple of instances of sitting on a lawn with their legs up or open, thinking her shorts cover all, and they don't. So when you finally get warm weather up there in New York, start checking out some festivals or outdoor concerts, or parks, where the babes sit wearing shorts and try to get a look inside.

Do keep in mind that as panties have gotten skimpier over the past few years, I have seen a few instances of pubic hair coming out beyond the panties. However, with the increase in the number of babes who shave more in that area, that percentage has dropped of late.

Otherwise, like with you, it takes hundreds and hundreds of upskirt looks at panties to finally see one without, and that makes all of the other looks worthwhile.

Creeping back................

Hi all. First, thanks for all of the concern expressed privately to me over the past few weeks. I am doing just fine and have been fine all along. Sometimes real life gets in the way of my writing, and that has been the case for about 2 months.

Pleased to report that we have extended our agreement with a marketing agency to continue promoting "Total Creep - A Guy's Guide" and plan to continue helping guys to see the goods on babes as often as possible.
